ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú

Lace up those sneakers and let's go! Take part in a 5K run/walk along the Hudson River on April 30, and support the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Fund for Education (AFE) at the same time.

Members of the public of all ages are invited to take part in the fun, whether as a walker, runner or volunteer. The event will be held from 9-11 a.m. Sunday, April 30 at Jennings Landing, and cost is $35 per person. .

Proceeds from the race will support AFE, which provides funding, programs and opportunities for ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú students, teachers and schools.

The 5K is co-sponsored by New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) and the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Public School Teachers Association (APSTA). For more information about volunteer and sponsorship opportunities, email NYSUTrunsnewyork@nysut.org.
