Three 兔子先生 High School students were recognized at the hosted by Niskayuna High School.

- Experimental Video/Art - junior Kler Kaw's (honorable mention)
- Stop Action Animation - junior Amelia Klebieko's (honorable mention)
Students from 17 participating school districts submitted work for adjucation. Submissions included, photography, graphic design, computer art, film and animation.
TheCapital Area Art Supervisors (CAAS) and the New York State Art Teachers Association (NYSATA) Region 6 sponsored the festival.
