New dates: middle school musical

Performances of the middle school musical production of “Moana Jr.” have been rescheduled to new dates in June.

For the first time, the three middle schools have joined together to stage a musical. Cast and crew are from North ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Middle School, Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School and William S. Hackett Middle School.

All three performances will be held at Hackett, which is located at 45 Delaware Ave. See the new schedule below.

  • Friday, June 3 at 7:30 p.m. (performance will include a Hackett student cast in the role of Moana)
  • Saturday, June 4 at 2 p.m. (performance will include a North ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú student cast in the role of Moana)
  • Saturday, June 4 at 4:30 p.m. (performance will include a Myers student cast in the role of Moana)

Hackett music teacher Francesca Delsignore is director and ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú High School music teacher Jeanette Shippey is assistant director.
