The 9th Annual ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Elementary Art Show runs from Friday, May 5-7 at the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Institute of History and Art (AIHA) at 125 Washington Ave.
This year's exhibition consists of more than 250 artworks representing all 12 elementary art programs and will be featured in the 3rd floor Key Cultural Center. District students who have a piece in the show, and their families, will receive free admission to the museum May 5-7.
"This event is one of a kind and is a special opportunity for our youngest students to showcase their talents and artistic inspirations from this year in school," said the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú's Fine Arts Supervisor, Kate Wright.
The opening reception on May 5 from 5-8 p.m. will also feature the Myers Middle School Jazz Band.
